A pharmacist from New Jersey got his license pulled away after he was condemned in June for having doling out addictive pain pills to patients over the internet with illegal prescriptions after they had filled out an online “patient questionnaire” and without any physical examination. The pharmacist was condemned to two years of probation, to pay a fine of US$ 45.000 and to a suspension of his license for 5 years.
